happy food

Doesn’t this cupcake make you smile?

This was (s)crap weekend. Meg (and her husband) was nice enough to let us take over her house.. We filled it with paper, glue, cricuts and food. Even though I was only one mile from home, it was a great getaway for this momma! I was able to get 14 pages done in Natalies 2010 book.  These cupcakes took me a bit of time to make but my crafty girls are worth it :)

(I'll post scrapbook pages pictures when the book is finished)

While we have (s)crap weekend only twice a year, a few of us girls meet weekly so I only have to wait till tomorrow night for some more crafting fun!

March 2010

March is such a busy month for us!
It is sort of nice though because it makes this last month of winter fly right by. Here are a bunch of pics to get you all caught up :)

It was feeling like spring was here
and then we woke up to this on Wednesday....
Thankfully, the snow only lasted a couple hours!

Birthday Party

We had a couple of Natalie and Tucker’s
friends over to enjoy some birthday fun.

I have become a big fan of Muffin Tin Monday, so we had muffin tin dinners with Nat and Tucker’s favorite foods.

We've been crafty.....

Both of these ideas were from other blogs that I find neat....the only problem is I have no system to remember where I found them...so I'm very sorry to not give credit where credit is due!

Tye-dye no mess style!!!
Dots on cotton fabric with permanent marker and then a few drops of rubbing alcohol helps the colors bleed together. I later rinsed them in soapy water and the colors faded just a bit but they smelled better :)

This is one of our favorite books....and a craft to follow...

So the petals on my clover rubber stamp made me think of finger paints, which led to this crafty fun time :)
That is Natalie's masterpiece!

Happy little Wohlleb's :)

Natalie has started "making" things with her food!

Tuckers favorite spot to sit is his carseat, he better find a new spot quick like
because its almost time for a big boy seat.
We've been doing lots of arts and crafts while waiting for winter to end!

March is a very busy birthday month!

A Happy Mom and Dad too!
We made our own maple wheat beer using maple syrup that was made by a friend from our town.
Since we made our own reciepe for it we had no idea how it would turn out. Well we are very impressed! It has a great hoppy taste with a maple hard candy after taste.  YummY!!!!

comming soon.....
pics from craft projects :)
